R.I.P. Dear Duke

Dear Duke left us September 22, 2017. He was suffering from deafness, blindness and pain. The best guess is that he lived a good life for fourteen years.

Duke became part of Aaron's and the family's life May, 2003.

It's impossible to count the number of smiles and love Duke has created.

Feisty, loyal and loving...

And a hunter....squirrel beware...Duke was about.

He had Shivers as buddy in his early years. Then he had the company of Stevie's wonderful Bear-Bear.

Duke and Bear-Bear make the world a better place.

It wasn't long before we realized he had a personality much larger than his little frame.
